Rip Off! I was told by the operator that I was required to use a credit card to make a reservation. I assumed it was used as a way of holding the reservation, and my card would not be charged until I made the trip. But she charged my card $52 for the trip right away.
When the driver picked me up, I asked if I could pay with cash rather then a credit card. He said sure, so I paid him cash, thinking that the credit card would never be charged, but it was. SO I PAID TWICE! This was never caught by the "System" so would have gone on unnoticed if I didnt look at my bank statement to see what this unknown charge was.
Buyer BEWARE.
NOTE: Other shuttle companies do not require a credit card to make a reservation.
