I had a previous water damage in my master bathroom, and there was visible mold?(blackish substance) and smell in my bedroom/bathroom area. I called this company to do an inspection in my master bedroom & bathroom. Their technician was professional & used an infrared camera to rule out any ongoing moisture intrusion. He then informed me of the process & cost of a mold inspection and indicated that it would take 3-5 business days to get the results back from the laboratory. He also set-up a small containment(plastic cover) in my bathroom area where visible discoloration was--free of charge! Well, I was pleasantly surprised the next day when he called & emailed me the lab results & explanation. This company did an excellent job and $787.00 for knowledge and peace of mind is a great deal in my opinion.
