The Instyler is a SCAM! After my husband inquired about the product, they contacted him at least 10 times over a 3 day period (even though he did not supply a contact number). When offered a "discounted deal" that included upgrades and FREE s/h, along with a guaranteed full refund if not satisfied, we decided to purchase the product. The 1st Instyler was defective and the 2nd one would not straighten my daughter's hair. I had to contact customer service 3 different times just to receive the credit authorization number so I could return it. Once returned, I did not receive my full refund (even though I returned it 2 weeks later). I was charged a $19.99 s/h fee for returning the product (even though I paid to ship it back myself). I called customer service about the charges and they stated that their company does not offer free shipping when purchasing the Instyler. I spoke with 2 different managers, who were very rude, speaking over me as I tried to explain what was offered to me when I purchased the product. I was called a liar about the offer and one of the managers even hung up on me. Don't waste your money on this defective product!! Instyler does not stand behind their product. (I do not want to give the Instyler any stars, however, the computer makes me give them at least 1)
