I ordered the ID-e scanner from this company over the telephone on a Thursday, and paid with a credit card. I spoke with the president of the company, Mark Baughman. He said they would ship the scanner the next day. When I asked for an invoice, he said he would email it the following Monday. I didn't get anything Monday, and emailed Mark to get tracking info and an invoice. Didn't hear back until Tuesday. He said he didn't know I was in such a "rush" to get the scanner. Rush? My order was placed the previous Thursday! I emailed him Wednesday again for tracking info and an invoice. Still nothing. Then he has his secretary email me saying they are going to ship it within two days. I told her not to bother since I had already cancelled payment with my credit card company. She emailed back with a tracking number from UPS and told me they shipped it. So, I check the tracking number on the UPS website, and it was a BOGUS number! THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS! STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! (Response to Mark's review above. Mark, you are a LIAR! You say I never called so you wouldn't get my phone number? I called you and spoke with you personally when I placed the order! CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION CAUTION! THESE PEOPLE ARE LIARS AND FRAUDS!)
