I purchased a used compact BMW 328i from Valencia BMW and two weeks later I decided I wanted a bigger and new BMW 530. I told them I wanted a bigger newer vehicle. This dealership made an agreement to purchase back the 328i they sold me two weeks ago and I had only added 235 miles. Within two weeks of my purchase they bought my vehicle back and I expected to lose the DMV fees, State taxes, transfer fees and prep fees and commission fees. I did not expect to lose the insurance premiums fees of $4,195. I gave Valencia BMW $9,311.17 when I made the purchase and then returned their car two weeks later. I got nothing back!
They refused to refund the insurance premiums of $4,195 that I bought and paid for up front for this 328i vehicle. I asked them to transfer the insurance to the newer vehicle I was about to buy from them. They refused and told me I have to buy new insurance all over again for the new vehicle. I never drove the other vehicle, I only had it two weeks, I never used the insurance. I was not about to buy another car from them and also buy another insurance plan again. All insurance company plans are prorated refunds for the term not used. This should apply to Valencia BMW refunding my insurance plans I bought through them.
They refused to refund my premiums or to apply it to the newer vehicle. This dealership is not at all concerned about customers or being loyal or helpful to customers. I am finding legal channels to recover my money.
I refused to buy a car from Valencia BMW again and instead I now own a new 2011 Lexus.
