As a service provider the key isn't just having customers, it's making sure they are LOYAL! It's very important to be very detailed when someone is trusting you when comes to bettering their life. Your staff in your North Hills office are very inconsistent with their word, and have no respect for your facility which is a poor representation of your company. Constant broken machines, unsanitary wash rooms and horrible staff. I once was a member until I was bullied on their lack of distrust. The misrepresentation your staff shown and only to be concerned with money is a horrible way to run your company. Especially regarding employees that are no longer with company. One thing about USA Fitness is, they have the best deal in town but they lack training, representation of the USA brand, taking care of their community and owning up to making sure customers are completely satisfied. In a world full of scammers their are decent human beings. I just don't think you hire them!
