This company is the worst I was trying to get reinbustment for a ticket that they had charged double on and they just gave me the run around I filed a complaint better business bureau and not even BBB could get them to call back. Volaris is a joke there managers will argue with you and not only will they argue but they will put you on hold and not resolve anything and tell you to wait on the phone and end up hanging up on you after you been trying to be patient. Like I said they have the worst customer service don t recomend this company
