I have used Wolfy's Roofing for over 10 years. After reading the review before mine, I wonder if this guy has ever had a roof installed before or whether he even bothered to try to work through whatever issues he had. Wolfy has installed dozens of roofs for my company. I have NEVER had a bad experience using Wolfy's Roofing. NEVER. He has always been prompt and on schedule. If there is ever a problem when a roof is removed, he'll communicate with me so I can make a decision on the next step. He always gives me options. He is fair in his pricing for carpentry work if it is necessary because of dry rot or termite damage. He is respectful of my tenants. His crew cleans up after themselves. And he is competitive in his pricing. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional.
I have been managing hundreds of homes for over 30 years, and have worked with many roofers over the years. Wolfy is BY FAR the best roofer I have ever used and I would, without reservation, recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, reliable and professional roofer. Plus, he's just a really nice guy!
