Worst Experience Ever

The most rude individual I have ever dealt with. This undoubtably is a one man operation. My item I ordered never arrived. Emails were not responded to. I called the number on the website and a man answered without indentifying himself. He did not even
ask who I was but told me that I would get it when I get it. When I shared with him I did not appreciate his attitude towards me, he said it was due to him driving at the time. I don't expect the item. I have disputed the charges with my credit card. I am
also going to send as many reviews as possible to inform others to stay clear of this man and his company chimneydirect.com
